The Service is provided for talent management and audition collection. You agree to:

• Use the Service lawfully and for legitimate talent management purposes
• Not upload content that violates copyright, defames, or violates others' rights
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access
• Not use automated scripts or bots to upload content

3. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Content Ownership

• Your Auditions: You retain ownership of audition videos and photos you submit
• YouTube Storage: Videos are uploaded to YouTube as "unlisted" — YouTube's terms also apply (see https://www.youtube.com/static?template=terms)
• Our Rights: We may use submitted audition data for platform operation and improvement

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HilaYuval Audition Portal is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of audition data due to technical failures
• YouTube service interruptions or policy changes
• Unauthorized access to your account (if due to your negligence)
• Consequential or indirect damages

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate these terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
